Our vision: high-end living with character, comfort and a view to the future
For us, a home goes further than a beautiful interior. It is a carefully designed whole, where architecture, interior, comfort, technology and personality come together.
For more than 30 years, interior architect Anja Verroeye and her team at ABC projects have been realising high-end total projects. From the renovation of a historic villa, a town house or a characterful farmhouse to a complete new build: we guide every project personally, from the first design ideas to the last styling details.
Our vision is clear: to create a timeless home that not only matches the wishes of its residents perfectly today, but also retains its character and comfort in the long term.
Premium renovation and new build with character
When renovating historic buildings, town houses and farmhouses, we start from the existing features of the building. Original elements are carefully preserved, restored or reinterpreted. New elements tie in with the existing architecture, so that old and new form a natural whole.
In new builds too, we think along from the very first sketch about spatial layout, sight lines, natural light, circulation, technical systems and material choices. Whether it concerns a thorough renovation or a complete new build: every element is designed from a single total vision. From the structural basis and the custom-made work to the lighting, the materials and the styling.
Technology and comfort, discreetly integrated
Today, technology is an essential part of comfortable living. Think of home automation, audio, security, climate control, ventilation, lighting … By integrating these systems into the design from the start, ABC projects ensures they offer maximum comfort without compromising the aesthetics. We also look beyond the classic function of a room. For us, a bathroom is not just a functional space, but a place where you can relax completely. A private wellness, as it were, where lighting, materials and acoustics contribute to the calm you need.
Future luxury homes: ready for the future
Anyone building a home or renovating thoroughly today wants it to be a long-term investment. That is why at ABC projects we look not only at how a home functions today, but also at how it can continue to meet the wishes and needs of its residents in the future. With our vision on Future Luxury Homes, we design homes in which luxury and future-proofing go hand in hand. Think of provisions for a lift, living and sleeping areas on the ground floor, good circulation throughout the home … A dream home designed not only for today, but also for the many years to come.
Complete peace of mind, from design to follow-up
A building or renovation project involves a great deal. Choices have to be made, contractors and suppliers have to be coordinated and decisions have to be taken. These things do not always run smoothly and often bring stress with them. That is why ABC projects takes this entirely off the client's hands, throughout the whole process.
With more than 30 years of experience, we know the complete building and renovation process and have the necessary contacts. From the first design to the final styling, we guide and coordinate everything: custom-made work, furniture design, material and colour choices, site supervision and coordination, practical and technical arrangements, home automation, lighting plans and integrated systems, furnishing and styling, and finally the delivery of the total project. So you do not have to manage various subcontractors yourself or be constantly present on site.
High-end second homes in Belgium and abroad
Building or renovating a second home calls for a very different kind of support. You cannot always be on site yourself, while decisions constantly have to be made. ABC projects takes that responsibility off your shoulders, so you do not have to worry about it. From a second home on the Belgian coast to a holiday home abroad: we guide the entire process, from design to delivery. The result is a turnkey luxury residence that is completely ready to be enjoyed.

What does an interior architect do in a building or renovation project?
An interior architect looks beyond the furnishing alone. At ABC projects, interior architecture is central: we create homes in which architecture, space, materials, comfort and personality come together. Whether it concerns a complete renovation, a characterful home, a new build or a second home: we start from one strong vision and work towards an interior that feels timeless, personal and of high quality. ABC projects offers a total concept and takes as many worries as possible off the client's hands. From concept creation to project management and follow-up: the goal is one coherent whole and, above all, the peace of mind that your project is professionally supervised. For which projects can I turn to an interior architect?
Interior architects often have a particular style. ABC projects focuses on premium interior architecture for new builds, renovations and conversions. We work on both characterful existing homes and contemporary new builds. We look for the right balance between architecture, functionality, material experience, comfort and character. ABC projects can also offer a complete total approach for a second home in Belgium or abroad. Especially when you cannot be on site all the time, reliable guidance is an important added value. Together with you, we look at which approach suits your project.
Can an interior architect follow up my entire building or renovation project?
Not all interior architects offer complete follow-up. At ABC projects from Ingooigem (Anzegem), taking care of everything is an important part of what we do. A building or renovation project involves a great many decisions, parties and practical points of attention. ABC projects takes that complexity off your hands as much as possible and safeguards the whole through an integrated approach. From concept creation and interior architecture to project management and follow-up: we make sure the project is considered as one whole. So you do not have to bring all the pieces of the puzzle together yourself. ABC projects guides you to an end result in which everything comes together.
I want to build or renovate. Where do I start?
At ABC projects, a building or renovation project starts with a good conversation. Tell us what your plans are, what you find important and where you want to go. On that basis, we look together at the possibilities and at how ABC projects can guide your project. We take care of everything throughout the whole process.
Can I also turn to an interior architect for my second home?
Absolutely. ABC projects also supervises premium second homes, both in Belgium and abroad. A second home often calls for a different kind of support. When you cannot be on site all the time, it is important that the project is professionally followed up and that you can rely on one party that safeguards the whole. ABC projects can take on the total concept, the interior architecture and the further project management, so you can mainly look forward to the moment you get to enjoy your second home.
