Architecture and interior
ABC projects designs your home as a place where aesthetics, functionality and personality come together. Whether it concerns a new build, a renovation or the furnishing of an existing home, we guide you through every phase of the process. Thanks to our many years of experience, we know exactly how building structures, materials, lighting and custom-made work can reinforce one another. Because style is deeply personal, we search together for the atmosphere that suits you completely. Do you love a rural look? Or rather a timeless style with sober lines? ABC projects is happy to help you make your choice. Choose below between rural and timeless (or take a look at both styles) and let yourself be inspired by a selection of our realised projects.
Your personal style in interior and architecture
Precisely because style is so personal, we sit down with you to listen to your story and your wishes. That is how we realise an interior that is right from the basis down to the smallest details. Using photos of realised projects, samples, mood boards and sketches, we go in search of your personal taste and preferences together with you.

What does an interior architect do in a building or renovation project?
An interior architect looks beyond the furnishing alone. At ABC projects we start from the whole: the architecture, the rooms, the materials, the natural light, the custom-made work and the way the client ultimately wants to live in the home. Whether you are building or renovating, ABC projects guides you from concept to realisation. Starting from a well-considered total concept, we make sure that all choices are aligned and that the project is approached as one coherent whole. From the first concept creation to project management: ABC projects takes care of everything from start to finish. Are you about to build or renovate and would you like to know what ABC projects can do for your project? Feel free to contact us to make an appointment.
Who can guide me through both architecture and interior?
Not all interior architects guide the client from the structural phase to final delivery. ABC projects supervises both building and renovation projects and starts from a total concept in which interior and architecture are aligned with one another. We take care of everything from start to finish and act as your single point of contact for the whole project, so you do not have to keep track of every piece of the puzzle yourself.
Why hire an interior architect for a new build or renovation?
A building or renovation project is a major investment. You want the end result not only to be beautiful, but also to be completely right and to match the way you want to live. ABC projects looks at the overall picture from the very beginning. With a strong concept, architecture, layout, materials, atmosphere and interior are considered as one whole. The result is a home that is not only aesthetically strong, but also functional, logical and personal. Moreover, you do not have to follow up the entire process yourself. ABC projects takes on the project management and keeps an eye on the various steps, so you can count on professional follow-up of your project.
How do I combine classic architecture with a modern interior?
First respect what gives the building its character: mouldings, beams, fireplaces, window divisions and ceiling heights. Set a calm, contemporary interior against them, with sober volumes, handleless custom-made cabinetry and a limited colour palette, so the original elements remain the eye-catchers. Use natural materials (such as oak, natural stone and lime paint) as the binding element and work with a well-considered lighting plan that accentuates the architecture. Interior architect Anja Verroeye of ABC projects does this regularly in buildings full of character, always seeking the balance between authenticity and contemporary living comfort. The contrast only works when it is measured, and it is precisely in that measure that ABC projects has built up its experience in characterful properties.
